unfair justice

has any one else notice how the scum bags of this country can do what they like and nothing is done to stop them. If  you are a drug addict you get centerlink benefits - usually deisbility support - whilst genuinely sick people get little or nothing. Decent people are desperate for public housing yet these scum get houses. When they destroy them they are moved to a new property or the dept repairs them. The deparment cant or wont evict them because the poor little scum bags will be homeless. My neighbour is one of them. She has a long record for drugs and violence, is using and dealing drugs and the police have no powers to obtain a warrant despite their knowledge of her activities. Her son is drug addict as is her partner. Non of them has had a job for many years, possibly ever. She would be very proud of her junior junky. She is claiming single benefits from centerlink but her junky partner lives there. her lease prohibits dogs on the property, her dog lives in the house, she abuses me on a regular basis, including in front of my daughter  who has herself been victim of her foul mouthed threats. I cant make a formal police complaint because i dont have evidence: ie, a video recording or an independant witness ( a total stranger) non of the neighbours or my friends are allowed to act as witness,  this abuse not only happens in the home but also in the street. If I want to take a peace and good behaviour order against her, I have to pay $78 to lodge and can be liable for court fees if I am unsuccessful. Where is the justice in this. What dick head took away police powers and the rights of land lords , including the dept of housing to evict scum like this. I thought that the authorities would support the genuine needy. And whose idea was it to put disabled people into public housing? another neighbour is mentally disabled, she cant cook, cant clean the house or maintain personal hygiene but is in a large 2 bed house with a yard. until recently, she had a procession of "fiances", who were all criminals, drug addicts and bludgers, she would fight constantly with them and police would attend the address up to three times a week. Would it not be better to put these people in group homes with they have independance but also some supervision and assistance with their daily lives.
